Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Guildivity (“we”, “us”) collects through the Guildivity mobile app and the website guildivity.com, and how it is used. Guildivity is made by an independent developer. Questions: [email protected].

The short version

• Your quests, progress, hero, and any enemy or boss names you type are stored only on your own device. We do not receive them.
• The Guildivity app does not require an account.
• We never sell your personal information.

Information in the app

Everything you create in the app — tasks, categories, XP, streaks, achievements, dungeon bosses and their names, arena progress and gear, and settings such as sound — is saved locally on your device. It is not sent to us. If you delete the app or use “Reset” in the app, this data is erased from your device.

Waitlist (website)

If you join the waitlist on guildivity.com, we collect your email address. We use it only to tell you when Guildivity launches and about major updates. Your email is stored in a Google Form owned by the Guildivity account (Google LLC processes it for us). The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which may keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security. You can ask us to delete your email at any time by writing to [email protected], or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply and help you.

Features planned before public launch

Before Guildivity is released on Google Play we plan to add the following. This policy will be updated to describe them in detail before they go live:

• Purchases (Premium subscription) handled by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We will receive purchase status, not your card details.
• Optional reward ads for free players via Google AdMob, which may use a device advertising identifier. You will be able to limit ad personalization in your device settings.
• Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics, to find and fix bugs. These contain technical information about the crash, not your quests.

Children

Guildivity is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you (for the waitlist, that is only your email), and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [email protected].

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
